Deborah Cohen is the Richard W. Leopold Professor of History at Northwestern University. A scholar of British and Modern European history, Cohen is one of the world's experts in intimacy and private life, state and society, and material culture. Author of numerous award-winning books, her most recent work is Last Call At the Hotel Imperial: The Reporters Who Took on a World at War (2022).
