is a political theorist of liberalism and post-colonial democracy who is completing a book on collective protest, non-violence, and the legacy of M.K. Gandhi

PROFESSOR NIKHIL SINGH (NYU)
is a scholar of US history and politics who co-created the NYU Prison Education Program and is the author of books including Reconstructing Democracy, a collection on US Black intellectual history
